For transparency on quality, we have created the below rating scale,
that we use for every item that we Smoove*.
EXCELLENT
An item that appears to be new, with no sign of wear.
VERY GOOD
An item that shows only slight blemishing. Marks could be some minor discolouration, minor wear and tear to the item, such as small scuff-marks, scratches, and minor dents.
GOOD
An item that shows general play-wear with scratches and scuffs from use. It could have a patina, or dents, scratches, which would be expected of pre-used items, but can easily be fixed.
FAIR
An item that shows heavy wear and marks throughout, but still in a solid state of use.
POOR
An item that is no longer in great conditions to be used as it is, and would need to be repaired to go back to a state of use.
